NPN VIDEO RETURNS POLICY Here at NPN Videos we want you to enjoy our service as much as the programmes. For this reason if you receive a defective cassette or DVD we will replace it immediately. Do not return the tape to us. Simple call us or contact us by e-mail and we will post you a replacement in a plain box. You simply put the replacement tape we will send you in the existing box you have and keep the faulty cassette with our compliments for home recording, or dispose of it if it is not useable. A description of each programmes content is next to each product on the web-site. If you need more information about a video’s content please contact us and we will be happy to help. We do not normally exchange videos unless they are actually faulty.
